Modality Systems is an award-winning technical consulting and software development company focused on Microsoft's Unified Communications technologies - Microsoft Skype for Business. We've developed custom software applications and products for a broad range of customers on platforms including Windows and Apple iOS. We have offices in St. Albans and Norwich in the UK, and Kirkland, WA in the US. The Role: Modality Systems are looking to introduce a Product Marketing Manager to drive the development and sales of its Skype for Business Diagnostics solution. Modality's Diagnostics service already provides valuable intelligence around the health, performance and utilisation of Skype for Business services for a number of global customers. It combines Modality's unrivalled professional services with custom built software which gathers insight and data that is surfaced through Microsoft PowerBi. Modality are now looking to develop the solution for a broader audience. We are looking for an experience Product Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the Diagnostics solution and develop the offering to the next stage and beyond. The role will require a variety of activities to ultimately reach the objective of scaling the product and delivering significant incremental revenue. The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to work at all levels of the business. You will need to work both strategically and tactically, utilising existing resources where required in the execution of activities. We are looking for passion, drive, 'can do' attitude and practical skills among others. Responsibilities: • Take overall responsibility for growing and scaling the Modality Systems Diagnostics solution both commercially and internally. • Understanding and defining the market requirement. • Developing positioning and value proposition for the Diagnostics service and offering. • Proposing commercial and got-to-market strategies, including pricing models and target markets. • Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience and value, feeding back into the wider solutions team to help mould the development life cycle and roadmap of the offering. • Work at scaling up the support and delivery capabilities within the business, optimizing efficiencies where possible. • Take ownership of the go-to-market activities, working closely with the sales and marketing teams in executing the required campaigns. • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. • Responsible for the sales and channel enablement activities, proactively supporting and driving business in the various channels. • Proactively monitoring and reporting on the solution pipeline, continually looking to exploit and develop new opportunities. • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer feedback and impact. • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding. • Be able to support the sales and pre-sales activities by attending customer visits, presenting, demonstrating and credibly discussing the solution to a reasonably technical level.
