We are seeking a mid-level, Digital Graphic Designer to support our Creative Manager and Manager of Digital Media Design in the development of print and digital materials in various formats and versions. This individual must be able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment with high demands on prompt communication and project delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the completion of design requests timely and efficiently while working closely with departmental Directors and reporting to the Manager of Digital Media Design.
Update content, photos and other assets as required on existing company websites for multiple departments.
Conceptualize, develop and design a wide variety of web-based marketing materials including eNewsletters, emails, banners, landing pages, social media content, website development and internal communications.
Conceptualize, develop and design a wide variety of print materials including but not limited to brochures, signage, tradeshow materials and internal communications.
Communicate and assist with various departments to aid in design needs. The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Work in a team environment with opportunity for collaborative efforts.
The ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines and extreme time restrictions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and build design skills while working in a fast paced business environment and be able to integrate themselves within the Marketing Team. Interested candidates should send their resume with salary history and/or expectations.

Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Mid-level position (3-5 years of experience).
Must be proficient in:
. HTML5 & CSS3
. Microsoft Suite
Additional experience with the following preferred but not required:
. Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or alternative video editing software.
Must be deadline driven, organized, focused, team-oriented and have a basic understanding of marketing principles. A creative eye and attention to detail is a must. Excellent written, effective people, and strong computer skills are required. Must be able to provide a portfolio.
