The Account Manager should have experience within the B2B sector (with a minimum of few years) and will be expected to support Account Directors to help manage the client accounts and manage client teams.

Skills and experience:

Solid media relations skills and great relationships with corporate and trade journalists

Creative and inspiring

Media contacts and successful at pitching, sell-ins and performance.

The ability to manage campaigns and newsrooms and effective delegation skills

Great client relationship skills

A strong mathematical capability for budgeting, costs and data analytics

Proactive in researching PR opportunities

Proficiency in the use of social media & digital analytics.

Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

A curiosity around digital & social media trends

A team player, who is competent at helping junior colleagues progress in an effective & supportive manner

Ability to deputise for your Editor

A good eye for visual design and basic level visual asset creation for social media/infographics

Good understanding of how content generation works across traditional and social platforms, with awareness of the latest creative campaigns that make an impact.
